The Hunting Island Light is located in Hunting Island State Park on Hunting Island near Beaufort, South Carolina. Although no longer used as a functioning lighthouse, the tower is a fixture at the state park and is open to visitors.

I was here on May 14 2020. Plenty of parking and a very nice park to walk around and relax.

The lighthouse is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time and 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. the rest of the year. Call the Hunting Island State Park at (843) 838-2011 to confirm the schedule or for more information.

The lighthouse is owned by South Carolina State Parks. Grounds/tower open.
