The Oak Island Lighthouse is located in the Town of Caswell Beach near the mouth of the Cape Fear River in Southeastern North Carolina. It sits next to the Oak Island Coast Guard Station on the east end of Oak Island in Brunswick County looking south out at the Atlantic Ocean.

I was here on May 15 2020. There is a small parking rea at the base of the lighthouse and a boardwalk across the street.
The tower is open for climbs to the second floor level on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day
The lighthouse is owned by the Town of Caswell Beach. Grounds open, tower open during tours.
