We visited this lighthouse on August 9 2017

You can walk out a pier to the lighthouse. There is an observation deck which gives you a good view of the tower. We parked at Nickle Plate Park which gave us good access.

The lighthouse is owned by the Coast Guard.

Grounds open, tower closed.
